Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking an Excellerate Electrician I in Auburn, Alabama. The role focuses on electrical assemblies and installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within a team-oriented environment committed to safety and excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrates ability to layout conduit systems and various lighting systems
  • Analyzes blueprints effectively
  • Ensures projects are built to specifications and accuracy expectations
  • Cleans and maintains workstation, tools, and environment
  • Follows workplace safety procedures and ensures safe practices
  • Identifies and reports unsafe acts or conditions
  • Helps drive and sustain lean manufacturing principles
  • Manages materials effectively
  • Provides technical assistance and mentorship to team members
  • Installs motor feeders and standard motor connections
  • Works independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • Maintains compliance with safety requirements
  • Completes projects on time, within budget, and safely
  • Participates in hiring referral and mentoring programs
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
