Overview

The Excellerate Electrician I at Faith Technologies is responsible for electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires a focus on safety compliance, effective communication, and teamwork within a supportive and growth-oriented environment, as the company values both individual and collective success.

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrates ability to layout conduit systems and lighting systems
  • Analyzes blueprints effectively
  • Ensures projects are built to specifications and accuracy expectations
  • Cleans and maintains workstation, tools, and manufacturing environment
  • Follows workplace safety procedures and ensures workplace safety
  • Anticipates equipment, procedures, and training needed for tasks
  • Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and safety functions
  • Identifies, corrects, and reports unsafe acts or conditions
  • Drives and sustains lean manufacturing principles
  • Manages materials effectively
  • Provides technical assistance and mentorship to General Assemblers/Apprentices
  • Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections
  • Works as part of a cohesive team and demonstrates independence
  • Maintains compliance with safety requirements and regulations
  • Completes projects on time and within budget
  • Coaches and inspires team members to exceed expectations
