The Evisceration Team Member for the 2nd shift at Butterball plays a crucial role in the production of turkey products. This position involves various manual and machine-assisted tasks to ensure food safety and quality during processing in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform manual, repetitive tasks to process turkey meat
  • Use tools such as knives and scissors for processing
  • Inspect birds for quality and food safety
  • Follow GMP and HACCP procedures for product safety
  • Support Food Safety initiatives

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Effective planning and organizing skills
