Job Description

Overview

The ERP Specialist II at Nikkiso Cryogenic Industries will be responsible for functional and application support of various business applications, particularly ERP systems. The role involves collaborating with users, development teams, and project managers to enhance system efficiency and integration while providing timely Level 1 support to end users.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 application support to the user community
  • Analyze business application issues and recommend solutions
  • Interface with business users to define and document application requirements
  • Support JSOX annual audit efforts for compliance
  • Develop specifications for programming staff
  • Prioritize bug fixes, enhancements, and new application requests
  • Test and validate application changes/releases
  • Conduct user training for business applications
  • Manage production application releases
  • Manage the lifecycle of application requests and resolutions
  • Participate in project teams for application solutions and integration

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Direct manufacturing workflow/processes experience (quote to cash)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
