Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental permits, including Title V Air Permit requirements.Monitor environmental performance and identify potential compliance deviations.Coordinate corrective actions and maintain documentation for environmental compliance issues.Prepare and submit required environmental reports to regulatory agencies, including CDPHE, EPA, and local authorities.Maintain Air Pollution Emission Notices (APENs) and facility-wide greenhouse gas permits.Coordinate annual and semi-annual environmental reporting requirements.Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs.Serve as the primary coordinator for water permit compliance programs, ensuring all monitoring, testing, reporting, and operational requirements are effectively implemented and maintained.Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) systems and electronic chemical inventories.
