Overview

GXM Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Enterprise Architect to support enterprise architecture development and digital engineering initiatives for advanced Command and Control (C2) environments. The role requires expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), focusing on defining the operational architecture, integration standards, and scalability models for multi-domain mission operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic architecture authority for integrated multi-domain C2 mission environment.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise and operational system architectures supporting integrated mission environments.
  • Define C2 architecture baseline, including operational concepts and integration standards.
  • Apply MBSE methodologies for architecture development and requirements traceability.
  • Develop engineering artifacts, system models, and reference architectures for mission operations.
  • Utilize MBSE tools to support digital engineering and operational architecture activities.
  • Architect scalable cloud and hybrid-cloud environments for operational needs.
  • Define enterprise integration standards for APIs and operational data exchange.
  • Contribute to solutions involving AI/ML-enabled analytics and cybersecurity architectures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and government stakeholders on architecture refinement.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and operational mission systems.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Digital Engineering, and MBSE.
  • Experience developing enterprise/system architectures and engineering artifacts.
  • Proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler or similar Digital Engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures, DevSecOps, and AI/ML integration.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills.
