Overview

GXM Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Enterprise Architect to lead the development of enterprise architecture and support digital engineering initiatives within advanced operational Command and Control (C2) environments. The role focuses on defining target state architectures, interoperability frameworks, and scalability models that support multi-domain mission operations while collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic architecture authority for integrated multi-domain C2 mission environments.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise and operational system architectures.
  • Define and maintain the overall C2 architecture baseline and integration standards.
  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies for architecture development.
  • Utilize MBSE tools to create operational architecture products and reference architectures.
  • Architect scalable cloud and distributed system environments for operational needs.
  • Define enterprise integration standards for APIs and operational data exchange.
  • Contribute to technical solution development in areas like AI/ML and DevSecOps.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to refine operational mission architectures.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Digital Engineering, and MBSE principles.
  • Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or similar Digital Engineering toolsets.
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills.
