Overview

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team, focusing on recruiting for roles in the nuclear energy sector. This position will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, engaging with candidates across various engineering disciplines, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles
  • Source and attract high-caliber candidates through multiple channels
  • Conduct interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
  • Guide candidates from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Manage resume screening and ATS tasks
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding

Required skills

  • 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Background in engineering recruitment
  • Experience in regulated industries (Energy, Utilities, Nuclear) is a plus
  • Expertise in ATS platforms (preferably iCIMS)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
