Overview

As an Engineer III at Marriott International, you will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests and performing preventive maintenance on various tools and equipment. The role requires advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests with minimal supervision
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment
  • Use and maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts
  • Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
  • Troubleshoot and repair various hotel equipment including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
  • Train and mentor other engineers as needed
  • Perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities
  • Maintain professional appearance and guest service standards
