Our Engineer III demonstrates attributes of a great host by being aware and attentive to our guest's safety needs; in addition, they create conversations and share a moment thereby making a real connection with our guests. Maintain warm and hospitable guest relations in all guest contact.Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact.Maintain all areas of the hotel and its common areas in good working order being aware of any potential emergency situation.Schedules preventative maintenance and maintains all equipment on regular basis.Transmit and receive messages using all communication avenues.
