Overview

The Medicus Firm is seeking an Endodontist to join a thriving, referral-based practice in Carson City, Nevada. This respected specialty practice offers a supportive and positive environment with a focus on patient care and clinical mentorship, ensuring high standards of dental service in a well-equipped facility.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality endodontic care to patients
  • Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team
  • Engage in procedural volume and clinical growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with referring providers

Required skills

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program
  • Eligible for licensure in Nevada
  • Strong clinical skills in endodontics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

What the company offers

  • Base salary of $15,000/month for 3 days/week or $20,000/month for 4 days/week for the first 3 months
  • Production-based compensation at 45% of adjusted collections
  • 401(k) participation available after 1 year
  • Flexible scheduling with 3-4 workdays per week and 4 weeks of time off per year
  • Shared call responsibilities approximately one weekend per month
