The Medicus Firm is seeking an Endodontist to join a thriving referral-based practice in Carson City, NV. This respected specialty practice offers a collaborative environment and modern facilities, ensuring high standards of clinical care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide endodontic treatment to patients
  • Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team
  • Maintain relationships with referring providers
  • Participate in shared call responsibilities

Required skills

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program
  • Eligible for licensure in Nevada
  • Strong clinical skills in patient care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience with digital X-rays and microscopy

What the company offers

  • Base salary of $15,000/month for 3 days/week, $20,000/month for 4 days/week for the first 3 months
  • Production-based compensation of 45% of adjusted collections
  • 401(k) participation available after 1 year of employment
  • Flexible scheduling with 3-4 days typical work week and 4 weeks off per year
