Overview

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a position in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. This role provides a high level of autonomy in a community-based emergency department that is supported by a strong clinical team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide emergency medical care as an APP (NP/PA)
  • Solo coverage in the emergency department
  • Manage an annual ED volume of approximately 10,963 visits
  • Perform medical procedures as required
  • Work a 12-hour shift schedule from 7a to 7p

Required skills

  • Emergency Medicine experience
  • Strong procedural skills
  • Advanced practice clinician certification as NP or PA
