Job Description

Overview

Allen Control Systems is a defense startup focused on developing an autonomous gun turret. They are seeking motivated Electronics Assembly/Avionics Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic systems, with opportunities available for individuals of all skill levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Fabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors
  • Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of circuits
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
  • Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
  • Assist engineers in the development and refinement of prototypes
  • Create and maintain documentation of testing procedures and repairs
  • Contribute to SOPs and production documentation
  • Adhere to quality and safety standards
