Job Description

Overview

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a full-time position on the 3rd Shift. The Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment.
  • Analyze and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical issues.
  • Wire moderately complex control circuits.
  • Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators.
  • Fabricate and install piping and hangers.
  • Weld and machine metals, plastics, and composites.
  • Troubleshoot and program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLC.
  • Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

Required skills

  • 3 years experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems
  • Ability to diagnose motion control systems
  • Familiarity with HMI terminals and project files
  • Ability to read and understand complex instructions and schematics
  • Proficient with precision testing and diagnostic equipment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
