Faith Technologies is looking for an Electrician - Commercial/Industrial to join their team in Pittsboro, IN. The Excellerate Electrician I will be responsible for electrical assemblies and installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the facility, contributing to a culture focused on health and support for team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Layouts conduit systems, lighting systems, and basic control systems.
  • Analyzes blueprints effectively.
  • Ensures projects meet specifications and accuracy.
  • Maintains cleanliness of workstation and tools.
  • Follows workplace safety procedures and ensures adherence by the team.
  • Participates in safety audits and toolbox talks.
  • Identifies and reports unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Drives and sustains lean manufacturing principles.
  • Manages materials effectively for various tasks.
  • Provides technical assistance and mentorship to team members.
  • Installs motor feeders and connects motors.
  • Completes projects on time and within budget.
  • Coaches and inspires apprentices to exceed expectations.
