Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Smyrna, Georgia, to lead electrical teams on job sites with a strong emphasis on safety and excellence. The role involves managing projects while ensuring compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and fostering team collaboration to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead electrical teams on job sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage large projects effectively, meeting or exceeding productivity goals.
  • Conduct job site safety evaluations and risk management meetings.
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades.
  • Communicate concerns and opportunities to project managers effectively.
  • Develop successors for key positions and support team development.
  • Utilize company resources and software for project management.

Required skills

  • Licensed Superintendent status with knowledge of NEC
  • Experience managing large teams (15+ electricians) and multiple projects
