Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical teams on job sites in Clarksville, Tennessee. The role emphasizes safety, training, and leadership development, alongside managing large projects and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead electrical teams on job sites and manage large projects effectively.
  • Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
  • Conduct jobsite safety evaluations and participate in daily safety initiatives.
  • Integrate project schedules effectively with other trades.
  • Communicate concerns and opportunities to project managers to improve margins.
  • Develop successors to move to the Foreman position.
  • Utilize internal resources and estimating software efficiently.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Project management experience with multiple electricians
  • Strong safety management skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with estimating software and internal resources
  • Completion of apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
