Overview

As an Electrical Superintendent at Faith Technologies, you will lead electrical teams on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves a deep understanding of the National Electric Code and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage large projects or multiple small-medium projects with a team of 15+ electricians
  • Maintain current licensing and training requirements
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals
  • Use Faith's estimating software and internal resources effectively
  • Conduct jobsite safety evaluations
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades
  • Communicate areas of concern and opportunity to project managers
  • Conduct difficult conversations to foster positive outcomes
  • Develop successors for future leadership roles
