Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, to lead electrical teams on job sites. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the effective management of large projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while adhering to the National Electric Code and maintaining a Culture of Care among team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage large projects or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed Faith's productivity goals
  • Maintain current licensing and training requirements
  • Conduct job site safety evaluations
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades
