Overview

As an Electrical Superintendent at Faith Technologies, you will lead electrical teams on job sites, ensuring safety and efficiency while managing large projects. The role requires a strong understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC), commitment to safety, and effective leadership to guide teams towards meeting project goals within time and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead electrical teams on job sites to complete projects on time and safely
  • Maintain current licensing and training requirements
  • Manage large projects and multiple small-medium projects simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals
  • Utilize estimating software for project management
  • Conduct jobsite safety evaluations
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades
  • Communicate concerns and opportunities to project managers
  • Navigate difficult conversations with positive outcomes
  • Develop successors for the Foreman position
