Overview

As an Electrical Superintendent at Faith Technologies, you will lead electrical teams on job sites while ensuring safety and quality in project execution. The role demands a strong understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a passion for project management, leadership development, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain current licensing and training requirements
  • Manage large electrical projects or multiple small-medium projects effectively
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals
  • Familiar with estimating software and internal resources
  • Conduct jobsite safety evaluations
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades
  • Communicate areas of concern to Project Manager
  • Conduct difficult conversations to achieve positive outcomes
  • Develop successors for the Foreman position
  • Perform other related duties as required
