Overview

Vensure Employer Services is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and industrial projects throughout Colorado. This role entails managing the entire project lifecycle for high-value projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
  • Own project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Coordinate schedules with general contractors and subcontractors
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Develop material procurement plans and labor strategies
  • Ensure installations meet electrical codes and safety standards
  • Lead project meetings (pre-construction, planning, and close-out)
  • Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
  • Background in commercial or industrial projects
  • Experience managing projects valued at $5M+
  • Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Material procurement expertise
  • Journeyman Electrical License preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
