Electrical Engineer Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Salary $85,000 - $115,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to Western Kentucky Our client, a stable and growing heavy industrial manufacturer, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex equipment issues, improving plant reliability, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a large heavily industrial manufacturing environment. You'll work with production line equipment, PLC's, & electrical maintenance. Key Responsibilities for this Electrical Engineering position: • Provide electrical engineering support for plant maintenance and operations. • Lead equipment troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis (RCPE). • Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement projects. • Lead capital and maintenance projects from planning through implementation. • Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to improve safety, uptime, productivity, and equipment performance. • Support equipment documentation, maintenance strategies, and technical training. Minimum required qualifications need for this Electrical Engineering position: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum of 3 years of electrical engineering experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments. • Experience with reliability engineering, preventive and predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis. • Strong troubleshooting, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
