You'll work with production line equipment, PLC's, & electrical maintenance. Key Responsibilities for this Electrical Engineering position: • Provide electrical engineering support for plant maintenance and operations. • Lead equipment troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis (RCPE). • Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement projects. • Lead capital and maintenance projects from planning through implementation. • Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to improve safety, uptime, productivity, and equipment performance. • Support equipment documentation, maintenance strategies, and technical training. Minimum required qualifications need for this Electrical Engineering position: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum of 3 years of electrical engineering experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments. • Experience with reliability engineering, preventive and predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis. • Strong troubleshooting, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
