Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping & Receiving Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of logistics processes. Summary: Plans, designs, and coordinates the application of Mayfran products and services to fit customer requirements. Designs, generates, and maintains electrical drawings, bills of materials, etc., for use in the manufacturing of products and systems. Both by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Prepares detailed quotations for product, services, and engineering requirements to be used in developing a formal quote for customer.Develops and writes equipment specifications, performance requirements, cost analysis, and proposals for developing new or improved products that would add to the value of the product line or serve the target market.Develops models of alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications of system components and recommends implementation of improved procedures.Demonstrates complete knowledge of the organization's products and policies. Demonstrates specialized knowledge of the target market, customers, competition, etc. Communicates directly with new and existing customers to explain features and merits of products offered. Demonstrates products and provides assistance in the best application of products and services. Confers with workers in other departments, such as marketing, legal, and engineering, to provide technical information.Works with sales and marketing department to keep account activities and literature up to date.Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new de
