Job Description Our company is currently in search of EHS Manager to join our team based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Job Summary: Manage the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) aspects of Lancaster operations to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and conformance with the company's EHS Policy. Champion a culture that is aligned with Company EHS goals and objectives, with continuous improvement in plant incidents, with reductions in frequency as well as severity. A valued member of the Plant Lead Team in driving overall business strategy achievement. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Providing focus, direction and technical expertise for the development of proactive EHS plans that are consistent with the company's Corporate EHS Policy, vision and values and in compliance with local, State and Federal regulations. Providing communication and training to local plant management that will ensure all levels of plant personnel understanding their roles and functions for identifying and resolving EHS issues, complying with EHS regulations, and minimizing civil and criminal exposures of the plant, business unit, and corporate personnel for plant EHS events and activities. Maintaining awareness and pro-actively influencing emerging and existing EHS laws/regulations which may impact plant operation. Negotiating environmental permits that reflect cost effective process design, reasonable operating constraints, and are consistent with Corporate environmental policy and regulatory requirements. Defining, developing and maintaining appropriate studies, programs, and databases that will provide Plant and Corporate management with pertinent knowledge of EHS impact and the basis f
