Overview

Transdev is seeking Paratransit Drivers in East Hartford, CT to provide safe and reliable transportation while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves following strict safety protocols and maintaining high cleanliness and vehicle safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules
  • Exhibit care and assistance towards passengers during transport
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Uphold company policies, including emergency response and regulatory compliance

Required skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain F, A, or V endorsement
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
