Overview

Transdev is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join their team in Elmira, NY, responsible for ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for passengers. This role emphasizes professionalism and adherence to safety protocols, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules
  • Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations
  • Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle
  • Uphold company policies and procedures

Required skills

  • Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Knowledge of safety compliance
  • Time management skills
