Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: Yard Customer Service Representative (Drive-Thru Lumber Yard)Schedule: Full-Time Some Saturdays Required (7AM-12)Pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)About the Role Koopman Lumber is hiring a Yard Customer Service Representative to support our drive-thru lumber yard. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll assist customers, pull orders, and help keep the yard running safely and efficiently.What You'll Do • Greet customers and assist them with orders in the yard • Pull, stage, and load materials accurately and safely • Operate forklifts and yard equipment (training provided) • Load customer vehicles and delivery trucks • Receive and put away incoming materials • Process returns and ensure materials are handled correctly • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Why Koopman Lumber Family-owned since 1939 with steady work, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow.
