Technical Summary:The Director, Systems Administration (Epic Tapestry UM/Referrals) will help shape the future state of utilization management through workflow modernization, automation, interoperability, and emerging technologies, including the responsible application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. This leader will champion enterprise-wide standardization efforts while balancing regional and operational needs, ensuring solutions align with Kaiser Permanente's integrated care delivery model and long-term digital transformation strategy. This includes overseeing and providing guidance to the team designing, building, and optimizing UM and referral workflows (Internal/External) across multiple markets, as well as configuration of RTP, CER, LQL, ASA, EAP/EDP, system definitions, routing rules, workqueues, templates, Service Auth (AUG/AUT), Unified Authorization logic, and DME/Post-Acute workflows.
