Job Description: About the Job Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a Global Leading Manufacturer of Flexible Bottling and Packaging Lines for the Beverage Industry Job Title: Director of Service Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Customer Service, Field Service, Technical Support or Aftermarket Service Organisations Reports to: CEO NA Company Overview: International OEM in the Bottling and Packaging Equipment Industry Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and mentor the customer service and support organisation with a total headcount of 50 people Develop and execute customer support strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, retention and profitability Establish service performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting system Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships, evaluate service performance and identify areas for improvement Manage departmental budgets and ensure achievement of financial objectivesQualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field preferred Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in customer service, field service, technical support or aftermarket service Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% Experience in the Bottling, Packaging, Food & Beverage or Industrial Equipment industriesSalary Expectations: Extremely Competitive Salary and Bonus structure with comprehensive benefits package Please submit your CV if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
