Our Director of Enrollment Management connects recruitment, selection, financial aid, onboarding, and retention into one coordinated strategy. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work alongside the Head of School and Board of Trustees to set enrollment and net tuition goals, read the market, and build a pipeline that strengthens Walker's long-term sustainability.What You Will LeadA multi-year enrollment plan built on data, market insight, and national benchmarksA Pre-K3 through Grade 12 admission experience that feels personal and welcoming at every entry point, including our New Avenues ProgramA financial aid program that balances access, affordability, and fiscal healthRetention strategies informed by attrition data and stay and exit interviewsA talented admission team that thrives on care, collaboration, and continuous improvementWho You AreYou bring five or more years of independent school admission or enrollment leadership, a full-cycle track record, and comfort with funnel data and admission CRMs such as Ravenna.
