Overview

The Director of Nursing for OB/NICU/PEDS at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, Missouri is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple cost centers that provide patient care services. This leadership role involves collaborating with community and regional organizations and participating in system-driven councils and committees.

  • Ability to work cooperatively with executives, physicians, and co-workers
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration
