Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Beacon Specialized Living, you will play a key role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. Your work will involve helping individuals achieve personal goals and maintain independence in a nurturing environment, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development within a mission-driven organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living skills and personal care
