Job Description

Overview

The Digital Printing Technician at Versa Designed Surfaces is responsible for creating and manipulating digital files for production on digital printing equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and a cooperative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Digitally manipulate files using Adobe Photoshop to create color-correct, printable files
  • Produce digital files on wide-format printing equipment
  • Communicate and take direction from Designers and Supervisors
  • Create or update project folders with necessary documentation and samples
  • Follow operational, safety, and quality control procedures
  • Maintain a clean and uncluttered workspace

Required skills

  • Experience with color-correction and retouching using Adobe Photoshop
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in a graphic or printing environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
