SPF Screens & Awnings is seeking a Design Consultant to join its team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role involves running pre-set appointments with homeowners to present premium outdoor living solutions, with a strong focus on consultative sales and driving buying outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work with an established brand that values growth and success in transforming outdoor spaces.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, consultative presentations focused on value, not price
  • Drive one-call closes and confidently ask for the sale
  • Manage your pipeline from first appointment through installation
  • Follow up strategically with issued quotes to maximize close rate
  • Support nearby territories as needed
  • Maintain expert-level CRM pipeline management and communication

Required skills

  • 2-5+ years of high-ticket, consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving revenue goals
  • Strong performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to present premium pricing confidently and persuasively
  • Time management and territory management skills
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
