Overview

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a physician-owned dermatology group in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This clinical role involves general dermatology responsibilities along with surgical and procedural components, including performing Mohs procedures and providing cosmetic services.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general dermatology patient care
  • Assist in surgical dermatology, excisions, and reconstruction under supervision
  • Aid in Mohs procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care
  • Interpret diagnostic reports and liaise with in-house dermatopathology
  • Provide cosmetic and aesthetic services as appropriate
  • Participate in patient follow-up, education, and continuity of care
  • Collaborate with the physician team, surgical staff, and lab
  • Cover the Harrison clinic one day per week

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of APP experience in dermatology under a board-certified dermatologist
  • Proven skill in dermatologic procedures and excisions
  • Familiarity with Mohs workflows
  • Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a surgical environment and managing post-surgical patients
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arkansas
