Overview

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a physician-owned dermatology group in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The role entails performing a mix of clinical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology, with part of the work involving travel to a satellite clinic in Harrison, AR.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general dermatology patient care
  • Assist in surgical dermatology and procedures under supervision
  • Aid in Mohs procedures including pre- and post-procedure care
  • Interpret diagnostic reports and collaborate with in-house dermatopathology
  • Provide cosmetic services such as injectables and lasers
  • Participate in patient follow-up and education
  • Collaborate with the physician team and surgical staff
  • Cover the Harrison clinic one day per week

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of APP experience in dermatology
  • Proven skill in dermatologic procedures and excisions
  • Familiarity with Mohs workflows
  • Comfortable in a surgical environment
  • Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Licensed or eligible to practice in Arkansas

  • Base salary between $150,000 and $175,000 in Year 1
