Overview

MinistryHub is seeking a Denver Campus Ministry City Director to lead and expand Decision Point's ministry efforts throughout Denver. The role focuses on engaging students, church leaders, and the community to support a student-led gospel movement across school campuses.

Key responsibilities

  • Coach youth pastors and community leaders
  • Build and maintain relationships with church leaders, parents, educators, and stakeholders
  • Mobilize volunteer coaches to equip students for evangelism
  • Disciple student leaders and encourage their faith and leadership skills
  • Train students to share the gospel at their schools
  • Identify opportunities for ministry growth and outreach
  • Recruit and develop a team for Denver's ministry
  • Inspire and motivate others through clear communication

Required skills

  • Ministry leadership experience in a church or para-church setting
  • Team building and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Passion for evangelism and mentoring
  • Ability to connect and network with various community members
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
