About Remote Area Medical Job Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic relationships with supervisors, personnel, volunteers, and partners to support department and organizational goals Work closely with Clinic and Volunteer Coordinators and other Field and Volunteer Operations teams to help execute RAM's mission Serve as the leader for mobile denture lab operations during clinic events, directly supervising, scheduling, and providing day-to-day oversight of the Digital Dental Technician team, staffing, and volunteer assignments Ensuring team completion of all pre-clinic requirements (restocking, equipment servicing, coordination with Inventory, Clinic, and Volunteer departments) and post-clinic duties (unloading, inventory assessment, data entry, and patient follow-up) Ensure the mobile denture lab and operatory remain fully staffed, stocked, and operational throughout clinic hours, with technicians proactively monitoring flow Oversee HIPAA-compliant completion and handling of denture-specific patient forms and PHI, ensuring accuracy and proper signatures before patient discharge Ensure team members stay productively engaged on non-clinic days through professional development, expedition prep, and timely patient communication Support media and public engagement by ensuring lab tours, interviews, and public remarks follow the RAM Media Playbook, brand guidelines, and media training Adopt and execute updated workflows, technology, and best practices as they're rolled out Maintain equipment, supplies, and appearance of mobile denture labs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and high-quality standards are held for all appliances manufactured. Provide regular reports on lab operations, usage, and team performance Train, mentor, and evaluate Digital Dental Technicians, and assist volunteers as needed Perform other tasks and duties as directed by the Management Team Job Requirements Must have a high school diploma/GED and have completed a two-year certification program, or 3-5 years of direct laboratory work experience 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a dental laboratory or clinical setting Experience with dental CAD/CAM software and digital dentistry workflows preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI requirements Comfortability as a public-facing representative of the organization Weekend and multiple overnight travel Physical Requirements Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive RAM vehicles Must be proficient in verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills Pay: $58,656 PI36f0eb5c11f9-7807
