Overview

The Deli Manager at Kennie's Market's Inc in Taneytown, Maryland, is responsible for the successful operation of the Deli Department, ensuring high-quality products and customer service. Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and gross profit goals for the department

  • Order and price raw materials for products

  • Direct stocking, display, and rotation of deli products
  • Work with management on merchandising and sales trends

  • Supervise 10-12 employees, including hiring and training
