Overview

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a Deburrer to join their team in Anoka, Minnesota. This role involves using mechanical and manual tools to deburr parts, ensuring they meet production standards and quality requirements while working in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deburr parts using mechanical and manual tools to meet production standards
  • Provide complete information to supervisors and team members for accurate job completion
  • Recommend methods and procedures for efficiency improvement
  • Review blueprints and tolerance requirements to determine deburring operations
  • Set up machines and obtain necessary tools for deburring
  • Visually inspect parts against blueprints before deburring
  • Use measuring instruments to ensure correct tolerances
  • Perform vibratory deburring as required
  • Handle and lift weights up to 50 lbs as necessary

Required skills

  • High school education or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of deburring experience on metal parts
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
