Overview

AC Pro is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fontana, California. The role involves delivering premier customer service, resolving customer issues, and managing order processing in a family-owned business that values a fulfilling work atmosphere and strong core team values.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver front line customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Respond to and resolve customer-related issues and complaints
  • Initiate customer orders and ensure timely processing and shipment
  • Monitor open orders
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing
  • Observe and recommend changes to improve customer experience
  • Assist visitors and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Data entry and accurate alpha/numeric entry skills
  • Good computer proficiency
