Job OverviewWe are seeking motivated and Results driven Service Reps to join our expanding team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support by actively listening and responding to customer inquiries and concerns. Your role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will assist customers by addressing complaints, answering questions, and processing requests efficiently and courteously.If Unlicensed, You will be required to attain a NJ Insurance License, thereafter You will leverage your knowledge of the insurance market and your exceptional communication skills to build relationships with clients and guide them through the insurance selection process.
