Overview

Adecco is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a manufacturing company in Brattleboro, VT. This temp-to-hire position involves managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service in a hybrid work environment. The role is integral to supporting customer needs and facilitating communication with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Coordinate RFQ processes for timely quote turnaround
  • Work with internal teams to support customer needs
  • Monitor customer orders and proactively communicate updates
  • Coordinate customer visits and business reviews
  • Track account performance metrics
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or related role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • ERP experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
