Overview

Sumo Staffing is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Sumter County, South Carolina. This position requires a CRNA for ongoing shifts with competitive pay and reimbursement for travel expenses.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia for 3-5 cases per day, focusing on bread and butter cases
  • Work 40 hours a week, either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days
  • Potentially work on call when necessary
  • Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC
  • Perform patient assessments and manage IV sedation, general anesthesia, and regional anesthesia

Required skills

  • CRNA certification
  • Proficiency in IV sedation, general anesthesia, and regional anesthesia
  • At least two years of CRNA experience
  • BLS certification
  • Recent CRNA work experience within the last 90 days
  • Experience with EMR: EPIC
