Position Description Main PurposeThe duties of a Collections Administrator includes maintaining customer records, collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered. Location -REMOTE near Raleigh or Wake Forest, North CarolinaKey Relationships:Customers, VendorsProfessional AssociationsSpecific Role Responsibilities:Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced, goal oriented collections departmentWeekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisorCustomer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments.
