Law Firm GC, LLC is seeking a mid-level Corporate Transactional Attorney with M&A experience to assist clients in achieving their business goals through various transactional agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal and financial skills, with a focus on client relationship management and an understanding of market trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring transactions and other corporate matters
  • Support senior attorneys and collaborate with external advisors through all phases of the transaction process
  • Draft and negotiate terms and structures with potential buyers and sellers
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and transaction management
