Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales plans for Astrom Training Solutions aviation training products, including simulation courseware, AR/VR training systems, and the Galaxy Training Management System (TMS), to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within Canada and international aviation markets. Manage the day-to-day operations of the companys sales function, setting performance objectives, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring consistent achievement of established quotas for airline and aviation organization clients.
