Overview

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Cook I for the summer season to assist in food and beverage operations at Washington's premier ski resort. This entry-level culinary position involves supporting kitchen operations while ensuring a high-quality guest experience and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in back of house operations for food and beverage outlets
  • Follow recipes and chef instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and assigned station
  • Serve high quality food and beverage products
  • Represent Crystal Mountain positively to guests

Required skills

  • 1-2 years experience in kitchen operations
  • Basic knife skills
  • Basic food sanitation knowledge
  • Ability to follow recipes
  • Ability to obtain WA Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring
  • Willingness to learn and receive training
