Overview

The Lodge at Blue Ridge is looking for Cooks to join their team. This role involves all aspects of food preparation to ensure quality and compliance with service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals following posted menus and standardized recipes
  • Maintain sanitation of food service areas and adhere to food safety standards
  • Manage food production in absence of Lead Cook or Food and Beverage Director
  • Monitor food items for temperature, taste, and quality assurance
  • Record and maintain service standards and regulatory compliance measures
  • Prepare special dietary needs and texture modified food as directed
