Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals following posted menus and standardized recipes
Maintain sanitation of food service areas and adhere to food safety standards
Manage food production in absence of Lead Cook or Food and Beverage Director
Monitor food items for temperature, taste, and quality assurance
Record and maintain service standards and regulatory compliance measures
Prepare special dietary needs and texture modified food as directed

High school diploma or GED
Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
One year of job-related experience
Current SERV Safe certification or ability to obtain certification
