Overview

The Controller - Healthcare position at CFS offers a leadership role in a rapidly expanding $150M+ healthcare company. This role involves modernizing finance operations in a complex, multi-entity environment and providing direct partnership with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead month-end close and financial reporting across 30+ entities
  • Manage treasury operations including intercompany transactions and banking structures
  • Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and accuracy of financial statements
  • Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and finance functions
  • Provide hands-on support to alleviate back-office workload and improve efficiency

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 8+ years of Controller experience in a multi-entity environment
  • Strong expertise in intercompany transactions and treasury operations
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
